This pizza pan is made from type III dark anodized aluminium bakeware and has a perforated base to provide ventilation through the dough while in the cold room and during cooking. The pan is coated with a heavy duty finish to improve efficiency, and the
base is sized to fit on top of lids or additional pans for easy stacking.
Aluminium lids for this pan are sold separately.
These pans have been pre-treated and do not require seasoning before holding dough. Just wipe on a film of Canola Oil before first use.
